Comments The kinetic law and parameters (Km, Vmax) for each chemical reaction was compiled from many sources including the database BioCyc [PUB_0006], BRENDA [PUB_0570], Kinetikon [PUB_0571], and SABIO-RK [PUB_0100]. We also compiled reaction Ki's, KD's, optimal temperatures and pHs, cofactors, Keq's, and ΔG's for these same sources. ΔG's were also compiled from the Feist et al E. coli FBA model [PUB_0558].
