Comments
Comments membrane located substrates [PUB_0126]; in E. coli in an operon that encodes genes involved in cell wall metabolism and cell division, suggesting that the target of MraW may be involved in these cellular events [PUB_0127]; lack of S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) leads to a cell division defect in E. coli, with one possible explanation being that SAM serves as a methyl donor in a required methylation event [PUB_0128]; possibly modifies FtsL and/or FtsI proteins [PUB_0128]; methylation not observed in Mycoplasma pneumoniae [PUB_0285];
