Comments Site specific cleavage of RNA can leave 2',3' cyclic phosphate and 5'-OH ends [PUB_0270]. Cyclic phosphate must be hydrolyzed to 3'-OH and 5'-OH must be phosphorylated to 5'-PO4 to repair RNA [PUB_0270].
