Comments
Comments Bennett et al report the intracellular ATP, CTP, GTP and UTP concentrations of E. coli are 9.6, 1.2, 4.9, and 8.3 mM [PUB_0859]. Albe et al report the intracellular ATP concentration is 2.6 mM [PUB_0860]. We initialize ATP and GTP to a comparable concentration of 5 mM. Our model does not capture the intracellular concentrations of CTP and UTP well, and are therefore initialized to 0 mM.
