Comments
Comments Chemical regulation of protein activity was reconstructed from the primary literature. In addition to the transcriptional regulators, HPr(Ser) kinase/phosphatase (MG_085_HEXAMER) is regulated by glucose-6-phosphate (G6P) levels [PUB_0454, PUB_0458]. See Note_TranscriptionalRegulation for more information about the reconstruction of the chemical regulation of transcriptional regulators.
