Comments Suthers et al [PUB_0610] annotate MG_260 with EC-1.1.99.5. However EC-1.1.99.5 is obsolete. EC-1.1.99.5 has been transferred to EC-1.1.5.3 which best matches MG_039 and E. coli glpA-D. The best BLAST match of MG_260 to E. coli is probable adhesion gene b1978. The best blast match of glpD is MG_039.
